AHHHH back from Australia at last!
how do i describe the trip... the food's literally shit. LOL of the 4 days there, 3 dinners were chinese food. one more is thai food it's like going to china for a tour. lunch's even worse. one of the days we had fish and chips, the more "western" food. the fish just sucks. can still taste the raw meat. and the food there is goddamn expensive. one ice cream (mac ice cream) cost $3. which is about $3.60 singapore money. didnt buy any. so yup food's literally shit.
hotel's room is freakin small, like, as small as the room in singapore. just that got 2 people sleeping inside, one more bathroom to block the walking passage. OH OH and the breakfast at hotel is, again, literally shit.
1st day, we all took plane to australia reached there at about 2pm, went immediately to some park and the inside got this "captain james cook" house. the worst part is that me and my sister are the only 2 who didnt bathe the night before. so we were down there stupidly smelly and not fresh. but hey! everyone's dead too! i mean, 9 hours of plane, who the hell want to go visit a park? but the cool thing about his house is that they imported the whole house from England! then went to see a church. really cool, beautiful. the guide seriously talk nonstop. not like he's a guide so he talks a lot, it's more like he talk NONSTOP. even on the plane, he wake us up and continue talking >.< so me and my sister and 2 more people who went with us keep staring at him like "what the hell?" cant he see we're dead?
2nd day went to visit some farm and OMGGG have you seen a shephard dog?!! so this guy who own the dog show us how sheep are herded. he just say "go" and the dog run all the way and start circling around the sheep and TADAH, the whole group of sheep RUN back to the farmer. (or the shephard, whatever) then wherever he walk, the dog will follow and chase the sheep towards him. GOD seriously smart. MUCH smarter than coco xD then we went to feed some kangaroo. on the way the stupid guide talk about the animals in australia that are going to extinct. 1st the tazmanian devil. ok so at 1st he about about its look then talk about devils. as in DEVILS. what the hell la!. then after that he talk about koala, then immediately link to coca COLA then say about its history >.< this guide is extreme. then he talk about kangaroo and then link to the australia history and also NEW ZEALAND's -_- he really should go for talking competition. then after that went to watch fur seal. so there's this tiny island where there are supposed to be LOTS of seals at the time. but we saw none. then went to watch penguins come up the surface of the water. then it feed the baby awww damn cute. but it's seriously freezing that night.
3rd day before going up the bus to another place we went to a market to buy some cherries. hey it's seriously nice! while buying the shopkeeper suddenly ask "how'ya goin'?" is she expecting me to not understand english?! so i smile at her and give the i-know-how-to-speak-english face and said "by bus". dont remind me what her expression after that is.
we took a 5 hour ride to see 12 stones floating in the sea. then another 5 hour ride to come back to hotel. thats it for the day. oh oh and it's my 1st time going to a pub! AND drink beer. it's tasteless though. weird.
last day, we went again to the market to buy more cherries -_- then went to a shopping centre to buy some souvenirs back home. the things are DAMMM expensive. one lotion or whatever it's called cost $60 and thats small bottle, 200g one. then the 400g one cost $150. same brand same stuff inside. dont know who the hell want to buy the big one. then went to eat this crab that cost SG$280 EACH. think the guide anyhow say one lor. oh and then he start talking about prawns and lobsters and crayfish and how they are different in terms of taste. then came back thailand.
yup thats the thing i do in there.
